Upon James’ call to the bar in 1991, he opened his own law firm. Through an immense amount of courage, passion, dedication and perseverance, he built his practice. Since then he has continued to loyally serve the public and has established a solid reputation for his legal work, skill, compassion and advocacy. James is the founding member of Jagtoo & Jagtoo, Professional Corporation and has a wealth of experience in the areas of employment, family and civil litigation. Known for his pragmatism and for thinking outside of the box, James is the go to person for creative solutions.

 

James appears before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Superior Court of Justice, Family Branch and the Ontario Court of Appeal. His clients include individuals, entrepreneurs, charities, not for profit organizations and corporations in Toronto and the G.T.A.
